PQ96280

The PQ96280 is a highly-integrated wireless power receiver/transmitter. In RX mode, it supports up to 80W power, 20V/4A. In TX mode, it supports 20W power out. The PQ96280 integrates a synchronous full-bridge rectifier, a low-dropout main LDO, 5 channels 12-bit ADC, ASK modulate & FSK demodulate module, internal LDOs, Vrect UVP/OVP, main LDO OCP/OTP/SCP protection function, I2C. The device is available in an ultra-small WLCSP-54 3.105mm x 4.025mm package.
