PQ96230 30W Highly Integrated Wireless Receiver

The PQ96230 is a highly-integrated wireless power receiver/transmitter. In RX mode, it supports up to 30W power, 10V/3A. In TX mode, it supports 10W power out. The PQ96230 integrates a synchronous full-bridge rectifier, a low-dropout main LDO, 5 channels 12-bit ADC, ASK modulate & FSK demodulate module, internal LDOs, Vrect UVP/OVP, main LDO OCP/OTP/SCP protection function, I2C. The device is available in an ultra-small WLCSP-40 2.298mm x 3.258mm package.
