The PQ7450CQ is a fully-protected Quad channel smart high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full diagnostics and high accuracy current sense of each channel enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It integrates four-channel 50mΩ MOSFETs in a compact package size with advanced protections of overload current shutdown, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute thermal shutdown, fault latch-off in over temperature events and over load events Besides, A multiplexed pin delivers these analog signals of fault indication for over load and over temperature in on-state and open load in off-state.
