High-side Switch Controller with Intelligent Fuse Protection

The PQ77010 device is a single channel smart controller for high-side power FETs. It could be used in 12V, 24V and 48V automotive applications. Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control of the load with external FETs. The IC could be interfaced to a host microcontroller through a 3.3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible SPI interface or be controlled directed by IO pins in limp home mode.
