The PQ6258XQ device family is an automotive functional
safety multi-output power management integrated circuit,
which integrates multiple DC-DC regulators and multiple
low-dropout (LDO) regulators for microcontroller, sensors,
peripheral ICs and communication interfaces. DC-DC
regulators consists of an asynchronous pre-boost controller
to support low battery voltage during cold crank, a pre-buck
converter for all post regulators, and an internal or external
post-buck regulator for MCU core supply. LDOs include a
low quiescent current (IQ) standby LDO for standby supply,
a μC LDO for microcontroller main supply, a COM LDO for
communication supply, a REF LDO for ADC supply, and up
to 3 tracker LDOs for sensor supply.
